STAFF ENGAGEMENT 2020 QUESTIONNAIRE SET-UP

We have made this as straightforward for you as possible, but you do need to do a few things to set the questionnaire up for your company.
  1. First, create a user account to manage the process.
  2. Then log in and create a covering email invitation to participate. We have created a sample which you can use as is or as a starting point and make further edits.
  3. Import email addresses for everyone that you want to participate. You can personalise the message to them by adding ;name immediately after the email address. A unique url will be assigned to each email address, ensuring the questionnaire can only be filled in once by each user. The results from each user will remain anonymous.
  4. Send the email invitations to the participants.
  5. When ready, log back in and view the progress indicator showing how many questionnaires have been received back, and when ready download the results, you can download the results incrementally as often as you wish.
To ensure your security we have set it up so that you use your own email account to send the invitations.
